ABOUT THE CONTRIBUTORS
Written by Baron Baptiste
Father of three boys and world-renowned teacher Baron Baptiste has transformed yoga teaching in the United States and Europe with his unique brand of power vinyasa yoga. Supporters of his method come from every walk of life, from international film stars such as Helen Hunt, Raquel Welch and Elisabeth Shue to students, professionals, senior citizens and youngsters. He regularly leads retreats and boot camps in Mexico, as well as Montana and Hawaii, USA and his institutes also offer yoga classes especially for children.
Illustrated by Sophie Fatus
Sophie Fatus is a full-time artist who is known for her exuberant illustrations. She was born in Paris into a family of artists and now lives in Florence with her partner and two cats.
