Who Made It: Quilling Card was founded by Huong and Raphael in 2011 with a passion to share the art of quilling with the world. In collaboration with over 300 artisans in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, they create each card by hand. As a certified member of the Fair Trade Federation, Quilling Card ensures fair wages, safe working conditions, and the empowerment of its artisans.
