Who Made It: This hot cocoa is crafted using organic maple sugar from Citadelle Maple Syrup Producers' Co-operative in Quebec, Canada with organic cacao grown by small farmer cooperatives in the Dominican Republic and Peru and organic cane sugar from small-scale farmers in Paraguay. When farmers organize into co-ops they gain crucial market access, run their business democratically, and decide together how to invest in their communities. By enjoying this cocoa, you’re supporting these small farmers and their communities.
Directions: Mix 3 Tbsp of cocoa with 8 oz of hot milk or dairy alternative. Adjust to taste.
