Who Made It: Quilling Card was founded by Huong and Raphael in 2011, with a mission to bring the beauty of quilling to the world. The company collaborates with over 300 artisans in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, creating each card by hand. As a member of the Fair Trade Federation, Quilling Card ensures fair wages, safe working conditions, and empowerment for its artisans.
