Turtle Earrings

Beautiful Animal inspired earrings that are made from the very sustainable Tagua Nut. These amazing earrings are made in Ecuador using Tagua Nuts from the rainforest floors of South America. By using “Vegetable Ivory” (Tagua Nut) we are helping to stop the poaching of elephants for the ivory in their tusks. The designs come in brown and with white accents. 

Who Made It: The main focus at PamPeana is to work with individuals of lower education and economic resources providing opportunities that allow them to have a more stable environment and help them move from a position of vulnerability to one of security and economic self-sufficiency. PamPeana is a women-owned business and aims to empower these individuals by encouraging them to become stakeholders in their own organizations and to actively play a wider role in the design and development of handcrafted products. PamPeana works with recycled and renewable materials that allow us to have little or no impact on the environment. PamPeana operations impact the lives of over 70 families outside the USA and over 20 families within the USA.
