These earrings are adorable! Delicate multi-colored beads dangle from a small silvertone hoop. Attached to French hooks.  They are available in many colors.

Who Made This: Artisans at Upavim Crafts in Guatemala have steady employment. Upavim is involved in many community development programs including opening a Community Library, Daycare, School, Pharmacy and Bakery. Their artisans are 75% women who live in High-Crime urban areas but have found community, sanctuary and empowerment at Upavim.
