Each window of our advent calendar reveals a portion of the Christmas story - and yields a scrumptious, melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate heart. 5% of sales from this Advent Calendar will go towards empowerment initiatives for the women cocoa farmers of Kuapa Kokoo in Ghana.
Who Made It: Divine Chocolate is the only fair trade chocolate company co-owned by producers. They support women in cocoa farming to develop the skills and confidence to grow better cocoa, build better communities and thrive in business. In addition to the benefits of co-ownership and fair trade, Divine has supported many projects aimed at the empowerment of women, adult education, and promoting good governance.
