Quilled Composition with Red...Mondrian Card - Artist Series

Composition with Red, Blue and Yellow was created by Dutch painter Piet Mondrian in 1930. The arrangement of lines and colors creates a harmonious balance, embodying the artist’s belief in universal harmony and the spiritual significance of abstract art. The work is a testament to Mondrian’s quest for a pure, universal language of form that transcends cultural boundaries, exemplifying the De Stijl movement.

Who Made It: Every quilled card is beautifully handmade by a highly skilled artisan and takes one hour to create. Quilling Card, rooted in Vietnam, has a team of women who have become passionate about the art of quilling. Quilling Card provides a stable, safe work environment with healthcare and food benefits to all the artisans. In 2014, they opened their doors and were able to employ over 100 quillers. Now they operate two workshops with 500 locals in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
