Tiers of Shapes Necklace

This two strand necklace gives a layered look. Artisans use bone to create this darling necklace. The bones are cleaned, bleached and polished. Because the bone is porous, it is easy for the artisans to dye. The bones used are ethically sourced.

Who Made It: Sasha Association for Craft Producers empowers artisans to run their business independently, building livelihoods for socially and economically marginalized producers. There is a wide range of crafts and textiles produced by the artisans from Sasha which draws on tradition, retaining cultural context, yet making products contemporary for present-day living.
