Woodblock Snowflake Ornament

These stunning hand-carved mangowood blocks are traditionally used to print patterns on fabrics. Artisans would dip the blocks in dye and then line it up perfectly on a tablecloth, curtain or clothing. These ones have whitewashed front highlights and traditional holiday designs. They make fantastic decorations!

Who Made It: SERRV international is one of the first fair trade organizations in the world. They began their mission by helping displaced European refugees trade their handcrafts for income after the Second World War. Since then, SERRV has extended their reach to 24 countries worldwide, working to empower over 8,000 artisans and farmers every year by selling their beautiful handcrafts.
