How to Play Nine Men's Morris
1. The object of the game is to remove your opponent's markers from the board until they have only 2 left.
2. Players take turns placing their markers on the dots or "intersections" of the board.
3. Once a player makes a horizontal or vertical row of 3 of markers, they can remove 1 of their opponents markers from the board. (Any of the opponent's pieces can be removed UNLESS it is already in a row of 3).
4. Once all markers have been placed, players take turns moving their markers. Each turn a player may move their marker to 1 open adjacent intersection on the board.
5. If a player is down to only having 3 markers in play, they can begin making "jump moves" by moving their marker to any open intersection on the board during their turn.
6. The game ends when a player has only 2 markers left on the board and their opponent wins.
