Dill & Parsley

Dill & Parsley is grown organically by a cooperative of farmers in the Fayoum Oasis in central Egypt, where the fields are irrigated with an ancient system of canals that diverts the runoff from the Nile. The herbs grow big in the hot sun and the leaves are clipped and dried at their peak. Use this balanced blend as a rub on roasted or grilled seafood or chicken, in soups or on a fresh cucumber or tomato salad.

Who Made It: Burlap & Barrel partner directly with smallholder farmers to source spices that have never been available to the US before and help improve the livelihoods of their partner farmers. Their spices come from farms from the most passionate & knowledgeable spice farmers (and foragers) in the world.
